Jackie Brown

Biography

Originally from Tennessee, Jackie moved to Florida in 1985. In 1986, she was hired as a closer at a title company. Over the next three years, she learned about title insurance and the intricacies of the settlement statement, which built a solid foundation for what would become her real estate career. Jackie obtained her real estate license in 1989 and worked for several top-producing real estate agents in the state of Florida, as their personal assistant/closing coordinator. It was during these years that Jackie realized her dream job was to act solely as a real estate closing coordinator; that’s where she felt her talents, skills, and personality could be utilized the best and to help the most people. And so in 1996, Jackie founded her own company doing just that, which she operated until 2017, when she took time off to travel with her husband. At this time, Jackie turned over the business to her daughter, who still owns and operates it today.

Throughout her career, Jackie has guided and managed more than 8,000 contracts and closings. She has handled almost every real estate scenario you can think of and has assisted countless buyers and sellers with navigating their real estate transactions. This extensive experience and understanding of real estate dynamics makes Jackie an invaluable asset to the Capwell Group brokerage.

Jackie has been married for 47 years and has two beautiful daughters and three granddaughters, whom she adores and loves to spend time with. In fact, she enjoys spending time with all her family and friends, as well as playing pickleball and traveling around the country with her husband in their motorhome.
