Katie Carroll, a native of South Florida, has called many corners of the region home, from Broward to Martin County and beyond. With extensive local knowledge spanning Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Tequesta, and Port Saint Lucie, she brings a deep understanding of the unique character each area offers. Her lifelong connection to the community and adventurous spirit in navigating new places has naturally evolved into a passion for guiding others through the exciting journey of buying and selling real estate.

Alongside her real estate career, Katie owns and leads a successful yoga studio in downtown Stuart, where she fosters a holistic approach to living, grounded in the mind-body-spirit connection.
